His ability to maintain class engagement, despite the online format, was truly commendable. One of the standout qualities of Satya's training was his use of highly specific examples. It was clear that he is not just a SAFe coach but also an active practitioner who regularly consults with multiple companies around the world on their journey towards achieving a leaner and more agile organization through SAFe. Throughout the course, he was always ready to answer questions and review concepts. Even after the course, he remained prompt and keen to address any questions that arose during the preparation for the exam, and it wouldn't have passed more than a few minutes before I heard back from him. I attended a SAFe Agilist training with Satya. The 2-day class was delivered on a proffessional level. It was not just one of the common classes out there, because Satya is a very experienced trainer. Training pace was spot on, great facilitation skills and Satya was able to provide many real-life examples and own experiences that made the topic easy to comprehend! We also had a great post-training session together which was truly enriching. This proves how much care and devotion Satya puts into what he does. RECOMMEND!

His in depth knowledge on the subject, ability to take up a lot of industry specific real time examples for discussions were amazing. Not just on OCM, I have always loved my offline discussions on Consulting, Strategies, Business Transformation case studies with him.
