This 3-day course builds MSP programme management capability as you design vision, governance and benefits artefacts and practise exam skills.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is a programme management framework with certifications at Foundation and Practitioner levels, awarded and examined by PeopleCert. It provides guidance for organising and leading multiple projects to deliver strategic change and benefits. Across three days you work through MSP concepts, principles, governance themes and processes. You develop practical artefacts such as a programme vision, organisation map, benefits map and tranche plan, and apply MSP ideas to your own context. Each day includes discussion, worked examples, and timed question practice. The MSP Foundation (5th edition) exam is a 60‑minute, closed‑book test with 60 multiple‑choice questions. The pass mark is 60% (36/60). Exams are delivered by PeopleCert as online proctored or at a test centre. PeopleCert owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
