THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a globally recognised certification awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It validates practical experience leading projects across predictive, agile and hybrid approaches. Across five days, this course covers the PMP exam domains with hands-on work: defining charters and benefits, planning scope–schedule–cost, leading teams, managing stakeholders and communications, controlling performance and change, and aligning delivery to business outcomes. You will complete guided exercises, case discussions and daily exam-style question sets. The course provides the 35 contact hours of project management education required for PMP eligibility. The PMP exam has 180 questions delivered over 230 minutes, is closed book, and can be taken at a Pearson VUE test centre or via online proctoring. Question types include multiple-choice, multiple response, matching and hotspot. The exam content is organised into People, Process and Business Environment domains and includes predictive, agile and hybrid scenarios. An approved PMI application confirming experience and education is required before scheduling the exam. Project Management Institute (PMI) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
