Program Management Professional (PgMP) Preparation
3-day PgMP preparation where you align strategy to benefits, design governance, coordinate components, and practise exam-style scenarios.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Program Management Professional (PgMP) is a senior-level certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) that recognises advanced experience in leading multiple, related projects to deliver strategic benefits. Across three days you connect programme strategy, benefits management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and the programme life cycle. You work through case studies, build benefits maps and governance canvases, and practise situational analysis with instructor feedback. Eligibility for PgMP includes a detailed application with experience verification and panel review, followed by a proctored, closed-book exam; PMI then completes a multi-rater assessment. The exam uses multiple-choice, scenario-based questions and is scheduled via PMI. Project Management Institute (PMI) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
