THE BIG PICTURE

About this course

Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) is a senior-level certification awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for practitioners who manage coordinated portfolios to achieve strategic objectives across an organisation. Across three days you work through portfolio strategy, governance, performance, risk and communications using a realistic case. You build selection and prioritisation models, interpret dashboards, plan rebalancing, and practise stakeholder communications. Each day includes exam-style questions and feedback. The PfMP exam has 170 multiple-choice questions in 240 minutes and is closed book, delivered via Pearson VUE test centre or online proctored. PMI uses a panel review of your application before you can sit the exam, and the credential follows a 3‑year cycle maintained by earning 60 PDUs per cycle. Project Management Institute (PMI) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
