Certification preparation
PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner Preparation
Five-day course to apply PRINCE2 governance with agile delivery, practise scenario tasks, and prepare for the Foundation and Practitioner exams.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner are project management certifications awarded by PeopleCert. They blend PRINCE2 governance with agile ways of working so teams can deliver with control and responsiveness. Across five days you connect the PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes to agile practices, work with the PRINCE2 Agile focus areas, and practise tailoring controls, roles and management products. Hands-on sessions use a running case study, collaborative exercises and timed question sets to build confidence and practical judgement. Foundation exam: 50 multiple-choice questions, 60 minutes, 55% pass (28/50), closed book. Practitioner exam: 50 scenario-based objective test questions, 150 minutes, 60% pass (30/50), open book (official PRINCE2 Agile guide only). Both are available via online proctoring or test centres, and each certification is valid for three years. PeopleCert owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
