CSM training: common questions
What does the CSM training fee include?
The fee covers instructor-led training for the published duration, course materials and a MindClick attendance record. One Scrum Alliance CSM exam attempt is included in the fee.
Are session times confirmed when I book?
The published date is the confirmed batch start date. Daily session hours, the joining link and the instructor assignment are confirmed by email after enrollment. If you need the exact hours before paying, ask an advisor and we will confirm in writing.
How long is the course?
Scrum Alliance requires 16 hours of instruction for CSM. MindClick batches deliver those 16 hours as either a two-day or a three-day schedule, so the total teaching time is the same either way — the three-day option simply spreads it over shorter sessions. The day count for each batch is shown on its card and on its detail page. Session start and finish times are confirmed in your joining instructions.
What is the difference between a weekend and a weekday batch?
A weekend batch runs across Saturday and/or Sunday, which suits people in full-time work. A weekday batch runs Monday to Friday. Both cover the same curriculum.
Which currency am I charged in?
The price shown for your country is the price you pay in that currency. Your bank may apply its own conversion or cross-border charge, which is separate from our fee.
Can I transfer to a different date?
Transfer and cancellation rights are set out in our published refund policy. Contact an advisor before the batch starts to discuss options.
Fees are per learner and include one Scrum Alliance CSM exam attempt. Session hours are confirmed on enrollment. Training does not guarantee certification, an exam pass or employment; certification requirements are set by Scrum Alliance.
