Agile Project Management with Scrum
A 3-day practical course where you apply Scrum to plan, deliver, and inspect work, manage backlogs, and run sprints with hands-on labs.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
This course leads to a Course Completion Certificate issued by MindClick Consulting. It recognises participation and assessed practical work in agile project management with Scrum. Across three days you explore agile principles, Scrum roles, events, and artefacts, and how to plan and deliver value in sprints. You will write and refine user stories, estimate work, plan sprints, track progress, and inspect and adapt using reviews and retrospectives. Case studies and a team simulation provide hands-on practice with real artefacts and tools. There is no external exam attached to this course. You will complete daily exam-style practice questions and a timed mock exam on day 3. Guidance is provided on how to choose and book optional third‑party Scrum certification exams if you wish to pursue them. MindClick Consulting owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
