THE BIG PICTURE

About this course

Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) are industry-recognised Scrum certifications awarded by Scrum.org. They assess knowledge of the Scrum framework and the ability to apply Scrum effectively, from foundational understanding (PSM I) to advanced, scenario-based proficiency (PSM II). Across two days you will revisit Scrum theory and the framework, practise facilitating key events, and work with artefacts and commitments. You will explore servant leadership, coaching stances, impediment removal, anti-patterns, and approaches to scaling Scrum. Hands-on simulations, group exercises and peer teaching are combined with targeted question practice. Scrum.org administers both assessments online and unproctored, available on demand without a mandatory course requirement. Certificates from Scrum.org do not expire. PSM II expects deeper, experience-based responses; many candidates choose to sit PSM I before attempting PSM II. Scrum.org owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
