THE BIG PICTURE

About this course

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) that recognises experience and knowledge across a range of agile approaches. Over three days you work through the PMI-ACP domains using short case studies, hands-on planning labs, facilitation drills, and metrics exercises. You will map techniques to your projects, discuss trade-offs with peers, and complete timed question sets with feedback. The PMI-ACP exam has 120 multiple-choice questions in 180 minutes and is closed book. You apply to PMI to verify eligibility, then schedule the exam with Pearson VUE for either an online-proctored or test-centre sitting. The certification is maintained on a three-year cycle by earning 30 PDUs in agile topics. Project Management Institute (PMI) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
