About this course

Certification in Business Data Analytics (IIBA-CBDA) is awarded by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). It validates a practitioner’s ability to work with stakeholders to frame questions, source and analyse data, and support evidence-based decisions. Across three days (09:00–17:30), you connect business questions to data, evaluate data quality, perform analysis, interpret results, and communicate recommendations. You will work through case studies, short labs in spreadsheets or BI tools, and peer reviews to apply each concept to your context. The IIBA-CBDA exam is scenario-based and closed book, delivered online with remote proctoring or at PSI test centres. There are no formal prerequisites; the credential is renewed every 3 years through IIBA’s continuing certification requirements. Registration and scheduling are completed through IIBA.
