THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) is a professional certification awarded by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) that recognises practitioners with solid, hands-on business analysis experience aligned to BABOK v3. Across three days, the course reviews the six BABOK knowledge areas with structured walkthroughs, worked examples and peer discussion. Learners practise elicitation, modelling, prioritisation, traceability and solution evaluation using a realistic case study, supported by templates and tutor feedback. The CCBA exam features scenario-based multiple-choice questions sat under timed conditions and is closed book. It is available online via remote proctoring or at test centres, and the certification has a three‑year recertification cycle using CDUs. Candidates apply to IIBA to verify eligibility before booking the exam. International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
