About this course
The Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credential is awarded by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). It recognises practitioners whose knowledge aligns to the ACMP Standard for Change Management and the ACMP Code of Ethics. Across two days (09:00–17:30 with breaks), you connect impact and readiness assessment with stakeholder engagement, strategy and plan development, and the practices for execution and sustainment. You will analyse scenarios, build artefacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder maps and communication plans, and receive feedback on your decisions. CCMP is obtained by submitting an application that evidences required experience and training, agreeing to the Code of Ethics, and then passing a computer‑based multiple‑choice exam based on the ACMP Standard. After ACMP approves an application, candidates receive instructions to schedule their exam with an approved testing provider. How long is the course?

Is the exam included?
