SAFe LPM 6.0 + AI in IT Strategy
Five-day course to apply SAFe LPM 6.0 and design an AI-enabled IT portfolio strategy through hands-on labs, simulations and exam prep.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) certification recognises the ability to align strategy and execution, fund value streams, and govern Lean portfolios in the Scaled Agile Framework. It is awarded by Scaled Agile, Inc. and is widely used by enterprises adopting SAFe to manage portfolios at scale. Across five days, you will practice the core LPM functions—strategy and investment funding, agile portfolio operations, and lean governance—while developing a practical AI dimension to IT strategy. Activities include mapping enterprise objectives to strategic themes, writing epic hypothesis statements, applying WSJF prioritisation, designing lean budget guardrails, implementing portfolio Kanban, assessing AI risk and ethics, and building metrics dashboards and a 90‑day implementation roadmap. The SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) certification exam is administered online by Scaled Agile, Inc. as a timed multiple‑choice assessment taken via the Scaled Agile platform. This course provides structured preparation, practice questions, and a mock exam; candidates schedule and take the certification exam directly with Scaled Agile. Scaled Agile, Inc. owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
