Management and Leadership Training
A 3-day, 24-hour course where managers practise communication, delegation, motivation, conflict handling, and performance management.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Leadership certificates are offered by various professional bodies, universities and employers. There is no single universal issuer of a "Leadership Certificate", and titles and requirements vary by provider. Over three days you will work through practical tools for communication, delegation, motivation, conflict handling, and performance management. Activities include role-plays, case analysis, peer feedback, and building action plans you can apply immediately at work. Assessment and booking arrangements differ by awarding body. This course provides exam-style practice and a mock assessment, plus neutral guidance on next steps, so you can verify the exact requirements with your chosen provider. The awarding body owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
