Executive Leadership Program
A 5-day course where senior leaders practise strategic thinking, transformation leadership and executive presence through cases, labs and peer clinics.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The Executive Leadership Certificate is a course-completion credential awarded by MindClick Consulting to participants who meet the programme requirements. It recognises applied capability in strategic leadership, governance and leading at scale for senior leaders and C‑suite executives. Across five days, learners work through strategy labs, transformation road‑mapping, executive communication clinics and governance simulations. Hands‑on tasks include building a one‑page enterprise strategy, drafting a board briefing pack, rehearsing high‑stakes messages and designing a 90‑day leadership action plan. There is no external proctored exam. To earn the certificate, participants complete a short scenario‑based assessment and submit a practical capstone action plan for instructor review during the final day. MindClick Consulting owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
