THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) is a certification within the ITIL 4 Managing Professional path, awarded by PeopleCert. It recognises the capability to design, build, run and support value streams for digital products and services in contemporary organisations. Across three days you explore CDS syllabus areas including value streams, practices for design–build–test–deploy, support operations, measurement, and continual improvement. You apply concepts through scenario mapping, workflow design, role and skills discussions, and troubleshooting labs, with facilitated reviews and feedback. The exam is a closed-book test with 40 multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes, with a pass mark of 70% (28/40). It is delivered online with remote proctoring or at a test centre. Certifications are valid for 3 years and can be renewed by retaking the exam or via approved CPD under PeopleCert’s renewal policy. PeopleCert owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
