About this course

ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy (DITS) is an advanced ITIL 4 module awarded by PeopleCert, focused on designing and executing digital strategy within service organisations. Across two days you examine vision, positioning, risk and governance, then connect strategy to execution, funding and measurement. You will apply techniques to a realistic case, map strategic options, and practise with scenario-based questions and a full mock exam. The associated exam is administered by PeopleCert. PeopleCert requires candidates to complete accredited training before taking the exam, and ITIL 4 certifications follow a three-year renewal cycle. This course provides exam preparation and booking guidance. PeopleCert owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
