THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
ITIL 4 Specialist: High-velocity IT (HVIT) is a module certification within the ITIL 4 Managing Professional stream, awarded by PeopleCert. It focuses on digital operating models for rapid, resilient value delivery in modern technology-enabled organisations. Across three days you explore HVIT concepts through scenario-led discussions, value stream analysis, and practical exercises. You connect fast feedback, automation and SRE-informed reliability with product quality, customer value and governance, then apply these ideas to your own services. The associated exam is a 40‑question multiple-choice test, 90 minutes, closed book, with a 70% pass mark (28/40). It is delivered online with remote proctoring or at an authorised test centre. ITIL 4 Foundation is a formal prerequisite. PeopleCert ITIL certificates carry a three‑year renewal period. PeopleCert owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
