About this course

SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) is a professional credential from Scaled Agile, Inc., recognising Scrum Masters who support cross-team delivery in a SAFe environment. Across four days (09:00 to 17:30), you apply advanced facilitation, improve flow with Kanban and metrics, coach distributed teams and stakeholders, and use delivery evidence to drive continuous improvement. The course includes workshops, simulations, and daily exam-style practice. The SASM exam is administered by Scaled Agile. Access is provided through the Scaled Agile platform after attendance on an authorised SAFe Advanced Scrum Master course; standalone vouchers are not available. Scaled Agile, Inc. owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.

Build a Kanban board for a multi-team workflow and run a simulated day of work tracking WIP, blockers, and lead time. Use data to propose two policy changes and forecast impact.

Analyse a delivery dataset to select improvement targets and define measurable experiments. Rehearse an Inspect & Adapt problem-solving workshop with peer feedback.
