THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The related certification is ITIL 4 Specialist: Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services, awarded by PeopleCert (AXELOS). It suits service, procurement and cloud practitioners who contribute to sourcing, contracting and governing external cloud services. Across three days you map business needs to sourcing options, design supplier selection and agreements, plan onboarding and service integration, and address performance, cost and exit planning. You will work with case scenarios, build artefacts such as a weighted evaluation matrix and a transition plan, and practise decisions through facilitated discussions. The associated exam typically has 40 multiple-choice questions, 90 minutes, closed book, and a 70% pass mark, delivered online proctored or at an approved test centre. Certificates currently require renewal after three years under PeopleCert’s renewal rules. Your trainer provides guidance on booking and readiness. PeopleCert (AXELOS) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
