Certification preparation
Agile Change Certifications
Three-day course covering agile-led change principles and practice, with hands-on tools and coaching drills to prepare for Agile Change exams.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Agile Change Agent and Agile Change Coach are professional certifications awarded by APMG International. They recognise knowledge and skills in planning, leading and supporting change using agile thinking and practices. This course supports candidates aiming for one or both certifications. Across three days you will apply agile change principles, build outcome-focused plans, and practise facilitation and coaching techniques. You will create artefacts such as change canvases, stakeholder maps, backlogs and communication plans, and use feedback loops to adapt. Group work, case studies and role-play provide practical experience. Exams are booked directly with APMG International or via an Accredited Training Organisation. They are available as online proctored tests that can be taken after the course at a time of your choosing; the exact format and rules depend on the specific exam. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
