Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Certification
Three-day course applying agile project management concepts with hands-on planning and practice questions to prepare for Foundation/Practitioner exams.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Agile Project Management is a certification framework awarded by APMG International that applies agile thinking to the governance and delivery of projects. It provides common language, roles and controls for sponsors, project managers and teams. Across three days you explore principles, roles, lifecycle and products, and practise techniques such as MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing and iterative development. You will work through case-based exercises, build a simple delivery plan and requirements set, and review exam-style questions. AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner are separate APMG exams that assess knowledge and application of the guidance. Exams are booked directly with APMG or an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. Foundation certification does not expire; Practitioner status is time‑limited and requires re‑registration every five years. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
