Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM®)
A 3-day course to learn agile programme management concepts, practise governance and planning techniques, and prepare for the Foundation exam.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Agile Programme Management (AgilePgM) is a certification aligned to the Agile Business Consortium guidance and awarded by APMG International. It provides a structured approach for coordinating multiple agile projects to deliver programme-level outcomes. Over three days you explore the AgilePgM lifecycle, governance, roles, benefits management, and programme-level planning and control. You will work through a realistic case study, map stakeholders, plan tranches, and apply decision-making and reporting techniques, reinforced by daily exam-style questions and tutor feedback. The Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice assessment: 50 questions in 40 minutes with a 50% pass mark. Exams are typically taken online with remote proctoring or at a session arranged by a training provider. The Foundation certificate has no expiry. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
