About this course
Artificial Intelligence and Automation Practitioner (AIAP) is a practitioner-level certification focused on the safe, responsible application of AI and automation to deliver business improvement. It is awarded by APMG International. Across two days, you explore core concepts, assess where automation adds value, and design simple end-to-end workflows using common integration patterns. Hands-on work includes mapping a process, selecting tools, building a small automated prototype, and applying responsible AI and governance practices. The certification exam is managed by the awarding body.
