About this course

Artificial Intelligence Leadership and Strategy (AILS) is a certification focused on responsible AI leadership, strategy, and governance, awarded by APMG International. Across two days you work through scenario-based exercises on AI strategy, governance frameworks, data readiness, operating models, procurement, risk, change, and benefits measurement. You will apply practical tools, analyse case studies, and complete timed question sets to consolidate learning. Assessment is via an APMG-set exam. Candidates book the exam through APMG International or an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. The course includes guided practice to help you get exam-ready.
