Better Business Cases Training and Certification
This three-day, 24-hour course on the Five Case Model builds practical business case artefacts and prepares you for Foundation and Practitioner exams.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Better Business Cases is a certification awarded by APMG International. It is based on HM Treasury’s Five Case Model as set out in the Green Book and supporting guidance. Across three days (09:00–17:30), the course covers the Five Case Model in depth, the SOC–OBC–FBC pathway, and how to apply it to projects and programmes. You will work through a realistic case study, create sections of each case, and use checklists and templates; daily practice questions reinforce learning. There are two exams: Foundation and Practitioner. Foundation is a prerequisite for Practitioner. Exams are set and administered by APMG International and can be taken online with remote proctoring or via an APMG exam session. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
