THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Business Relationship Management certifications recognise professionals who create shared ownership for value across business partners. The foundational BRMP credential is awarded by the BRM Institute, with examinations administered by APMG International. Across three days you explore the BRM role, strategic partnering, value management, portfolio and demand practices, relationship maturity, business IQ, and change adoption. You will work through case studies, facilitated exercises, and peer reviews, applying tools to real stakeholder situations and building artefacts you can reuse at work. The course includes structured exam preparation. The BRMP certification exam is administered by APMG International, taken via online proctoring. You will receive guidance on booking, sitting the exam, and what to expect on the day. BRM Institute owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
