THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Business Resilience Fundamentals introduces the principles, practices and language of organisational resilience and is awarded by APMG International. It is intended for professionals who support continuity, risk, operations, compliance, or leadership teams. Across three days you examine governance and organisational context, risk and impact analysis, links to business continuity, incident response, crisis communications, supply chain considerations, exercising, and continual improvement. You apply the ideas through short case studies, a tabletop scenario and structured templates. Certification is obtained by passing a formal exam set and administered by APMG International. Candidates book the exam directly with APMG International or via an APMG‑accredited training organisation; format, scheduling and identity requirements are set by APMG. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
