Change Ninja Certification
Three-day, instructor-led training to apply people-centred change tools, work through a case study, and rehearse exam questions each day.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Change Ninja Certification is a people-focused change management credential awarded by APMG International. It draws on practical neuroscience and behaviour change to help individuals and teams adopt new ways of working. Over three classroom days (09:00–17:30), you will explore human-centred change principles, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, habits and motivation, readiness and resilience, and measuring adoption. You will use templates and canvases on a realistic case, facilitate short interventions, and practise coaching conversations. Daily labs and exam-style question drills consolidate understanding. The certification is assessed by an examination set by APMG International. Candidates can book the exam directly with APMG International or through training providers that offer the exam. Current exam arrangements and joining instructions are provided during the course. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
