THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Critical Communication Capability certification recognises the ability to plan and deliver coordinated communications during critical events. It is awarded by APMG International and is aligned to the CCC framework used across digital-era organisations. Across three days you explore principles, roles and interfaces with incident and crisis management, practise stakeholder mapping and message development, and coordinate responses using appropriate channels and tools. Hands-on work includes table‑top drills, drafting statements, and building improvement plans, with feedback and debriefs. You can book the certification exam directly with APMG International or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. The course includes timed practice and guidance to help you prepare to sit the exam. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
