Certification preparation
Half Double Training and Certification
Three-day course to apply the Impact, Flow and Leadership principles through workshops, case work and practice questions for certification.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Half Double certification recognises the ability to create faster impact in projects using a pragmatic framework built on Impact, Flow and Leadership. It is awarded by APMG International, which provides Foundation and Practitioner certifications assessed by exam. Over three days (09:00–17:30), you learn the core elements, methods and practical tools, and apply them to a realistic case. You will build an impact case, design a visual flow and cadence, practise leadership behaviours, and complete hands-on exercises, templates and peer reviews. Each day includes exam-style questions. Exams are available at Foundation and Practitioner levels through APMG International via online proctoring or through accredited training organisations. Practitioner normally requires a current Foundation certificate. The Foundation exam tests knowledge; the Practitioner exam tests application to scenarios. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
