THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
This course prepares you for IT Asset Management certifications awarded by the International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM). It is aimed at practitioners responsible for governance, operations, procurement, audit and service delivery who need practical, exam‑aligned skills. Across three days, you build a working ITAM framework spanning governance, hardware lifecycle, software licensing, discovery and inventory, vendor and contract controls, financials, risk and disposal. You will analyse case studies, interpret policy and licence terms, configure sample registers and reconcile entitlement against consumption in hands‑on labs. Exams for the relevant IAITAM certifications are set and administered by IAITAM. This course provides exam practice and guidance on registration and sitting the exam; exam formats and rules are defined by IAITAM. International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
