Infrastructure Business Cases - International
A 3-day course on building robust infrastructure business cases using the Five Case Model, with practical workshops and exam practice.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Infrastructure Business Cases – International is a certification awarded by APMG International. It draws on the Five Case Model to structure investment decisions for programmes and projects in an international context. Over three days, you work through the full business case lifecycle: from strategic fit and options appraisal to procurement, funding, delivery planning, and benefits. You analyse a case study, draft sections of each Case, apply common appraisal and risk tools, and critique examples using templates aligned to the syllabus. Guided exercises and peer reviews help you convert concepts into usable artefacts. Certification is obtained by passing an APMG-set examination. Exams can be booked directly with APMG International or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. This course provides exam practice and guidance on booking, while the exam itself is arranged separately. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
