THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Managing Benefits is a guidance and certification scheme awarded by APMG International that focuses on creating, maximising and sustaining measurable value from change initiatives across projects, programmes and portfolios. Across three days you explore the principles, practices and governance of benefits management, and apply techniques such as benefits dependency networks, benefits profiles and measurement baselining. You will work through a realistic case, build a benefits map and register, and complete structured exercises and exam-style questions each day. APMG International administers the Foundation and Practitioner certification exams and issues the certificates. Candidates can book their exam directly with APMG International or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. APMG International owns the certification scheme.
