A 3-day course where you learn portfolio management principles and practise applying them through workshops and exam-style questions.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
This certification focuses on the skills and knowledge needed to manage a portfolio of change initiatives and align them with organisational strategy. It is awarded by APMG International. Across three days you cover portfolio principles, governance, definition and delivery cycles, roles and documentation, and cross-cutting practices such as benefits, risk and stakeholder management. You will work through a running case study, build artefacts such as a portfolio mandate and dashboard, and complete exam-style questions with feedback. The related certification exam is set and administered by APMG International. Candidates typically book their exam either directly with APMG International or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation; check the awarding body’s website for the current format, duration and pass mark. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
