The Process Communication Model® (PCM)
A 3-day course to interpret personality types, adapt communication and manage distress, with realistic role-plays and daily practice questions.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The Process Communication Model® (PCM) is a behavioural framework for understanding personality structure and communication under stress. Formal recognition associated with PCM is managed by Kahler Communication and its licensed providers worldwide. Across three days (09:00–17:30), this course develops practical skills to recognise the six personality types, use Perceptions and Channels effectively, and respond to psychological needs to reduce miscommunication. You will work through role-plays, case exercises and self-reflection, and complete daily question sets aligned to common assessment formats. There is no standalone public multiple-choice exam for PCM. Recognition is typically gained by attending an authorised course delivered by a licensed PCM provider, with any assessments organised directly by that provider. If you plan to pursue trainer or coach credentials, additional supervised training and evaluation are required and arranged through Kahler Communication. Kahler Communication owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
