THE BIG PICTURE

About this course

Project Planning & Control (PPC) is a two-level certification awarded by APMG International that focuses on building reliable plans and maintaining effective project control throughout delivery. It is aligned to widely used practices for planning, scheduling, monitoring and control across project lifecycles. Across three days you work through the core syllabus: scope breakdowns, estimating, network logic and critical path, baselining, performance measurement, reporting, change control and governance. You will build and critique schedules, analyse progress data, interpret reports, and apply techniques to realistic case studies. The certification is examined at Foundation (knowledge-based) and Practitioner (application-focused) levels and is administered by APMG International. This course includes exam practice; candidates book the exams separately with APMG or an Accredited Training Organisation. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
