Praxis Framework™ - Project and Programme Management Certifications
Three-day course to integrate project, programme and portfolio practices into one framework and prepare for Foundation and Practitioner exams.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
These certifications are awarded by APMG International and assess knowledge and application of an integrated framework for managing projects, programmes and portfolios. They provide a common language across knowledge, method, competence and capability. Over three days (09:00 to 17:30) you work through the framework’s lifecycle, roles, governance and management functions, using a realistic case study. You will map processes, draft key management products, and practise analysis and justification techniques aligned with typical Foundation and Practitioner question styles. Exams are available at Foundation and Practitioner levels and are administered by APMG International and its network of Accredited Training Organisations. Candidates can book exams directly with APMG or via an Accredited Training Organisation, with remote‑proctored options commonly available. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
