About this course

PuMP® Certification recognises practical competence in designing and using meaningful performance measures (KPIs) to track results. It is awarded by APMG International. Across three days, the course covers the measurement lifecycle: clarifying results, designing meaningful measures, defining data and baselines, setting fair targets, reporting for insight, and linking measures to improvement. You will apply the techniques to a realistic case, use templates, and receive feedback on your work. The certification exam is set and administered by APMG International. Current exam format, pass requirements and delivery options are provided by APMG at booking; your trainer will explain how to register and schedule the assessment. Put it into practice

Create a data specification for one priority measure, including source, definition, frequency and quality checks. Pilot the specification with a small sample dataset to validate feasibility.
