About this course

This 3-day course supports preparation for Scrum certifications, including Scrum Master, Product Owner and Scrum Essentials. These certifications are awarded by APMG International and assess knowledge of Scrum roles, events, artefacts and empiricism. Across three days, you will work through the Scrum framework with hands-on exercises: building a Product Backlog, planning a Sprint, running the events, and inspecting Increments. You will apply Scrum values, clarify accountabilities, and practise backlog refinement, estimation and stakeholder engagement using realistic scenarios. The associated exams are booked with APMG International or an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. Exam format and conditions vary by certificate; candidates should check the current APMG exam guide before booking. The course includes timed practice and a mock exam to help you get ready.
