DASCIN® Service Automation Framework Certification
Three-day course to learn the Service Automation Framework and practise designing, orchestrating, and governing automated services with labs.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
This course prepares candidates for the Service Automation Framework certification, which is awarded by APMG International. It is intended for service managers, process owners, automation leads, and teams involved in digital service delivery and improvement. Across three days, you explore SAF principles, service design for automation, orchestration and integration patterns, RPA and cognitive automation concepts, roles and governance, and measurement and continual improvement. Hands-on work includes building a service blueprint, mapping orchestration across systems and bots, and planning governance, KPIs, and a 90‑day roadmap. The certification is assessed by an exam set by APMG International. Specific format, duration, and pass criteria are defined by the awarding body; you will receive booking guidance and sit a timed mock exam during Day 3. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
