Three-day course (09:00–17:30) on SFIA v9 fundamentals and assessment practice; map roles, conduct assessments, and prepare for the exam.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
APMG International offers certification recognising knowledge of the SFIA framework and its application to skills assessment. SFIA defines skills and levels of responsibility for digital and IT-related roles and is maintained by the SFIA Foundation. Across three days you will explore SFIA v9, practise mapping roles to skills and levels, plan and run evidence-based assessments, and write clear outcomes. Hands-on work includes role profiling, simulated assessment interviews, and building a practical skills matrix for workforce planning. The related exam is booked with APMG International or an Accredited Training Organisation. Exam format, duration, question types and pass mark are set by APMG; this course provides practice questions and a timed mock to support exam readiness. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
