THE BIG PICTURE

About this course

Stakeholder Engagement Certification is awarded by APMG International and recognises the knowledge and skills needed to plan, run and improve stakeholder engagement in projects and change initiatives. It is relevant to project managers, business change roles, product owners, sponsors and anyone who must influence diverse stakeholder groups. Across three days you will work through the stakeholder lifecycle: discovery and analysis, prioritisation and mapping, strategy and communications planning, relationship building, ethics, and measurement. You will use practical tools (such as power–interest and salience models), complete case-based exercises, and create reusable templates for your workplace. Daily exam-style questions and a timed mock are included. The certification is assessed by an APMG exam. Candidates can book an exam via APMG International’s Public Exam Portal or through an accredited training organisation. This course includes a mock exam and guidance on the booking process; the actual certification exam is taken separately. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
