About this course
Strategy Implementation Professional (SIP) is a certification that recognises the capability to turn strategy into measurable results. It is awarded by APMG International, with the body of knowledge developed by the Strategy Implementation Institute. Across two days, the course builds practical competence in aligning strategy with execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, change, benefits and metrics. You will apply tools to a realistic case, create an implementation roadmap, define roles and decision rights, and build a benefits and KPI pack you can reuse at work. The associated SIP exam is a multiple-choice assessment administered by APMG International. Candidates book the exam directly with APMG or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation; results and certificates are issued by APMG. APMG International owns the certification scheme.
