A 3-day, 24-hour course to apply the TBM taxonomy, model costs, build reports, and practise exam questions ahead of certification.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Technology Business Management (TBM) certification recognises knowledge of the TBM taxonomy and practices used to link technology spend to business value. It is awarded by APMG International. Over three days you explore TBM concepts, cost modelling and allocation, reporting and decision support. You will map source data to the TBM model, create a simple Bill of IT, interpret dashboards and metrics, and work through realistic scenarios using spreadsheets and templates. Daily exam-style question practice is included. The certification is assessed by an exam set by APMG International. You can book the exam through APMG or an accredited training organisation. Specific exam format details should be confirmed from the awarding body before you sit the assessment. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
