Unified Service Management (USM)
Three-day course (09:00–17:30) to learn the USM method, map its workflows to your services, and practise exam-style questions.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The USM Foundation certification validates knowledge of the Unified Service Management method, created by the SURVUZ Foundation and awarded by APMG International. It focuses on a standard, methodical approach to managing services across the enterprise. Across three days you will explore USM principles, the model’s objects, roles, and the set of workflows that underpin service delivery and improvement. Practical work includes defining services and agreements, designing simple reusable workflows, aligning roles, and drafting an implementation roadmap. Daily exercises and exam-style questions reinforce understanding. Certification is gained by passing an APMG International exam. This course provides structured study support and practice; the exam is taken separately and booked directly with APMG. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
