WISP® (Working in Small Projects)
A 3-day course to plan and run small projects, apply principles across the four stages, and practise with templates and exam-style questions.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
WISP (Working in Small Projects) is guidance and a certification focused on managing small, non‑complex projects using clear language, four stages and seven principles. The credential is awarded by APMG International. Across three days you apply the guidance to a practical case study: defining roles, shaping scope, creating a simple schedule and estimates, managing risks and changes, and planning communication, reporting and quality. You will use lightweight templates and collaborate in short workshops to produce usable project artefacts. Certification is assessed by an exam set and administered by APMG International. Candidates can book the exam directly with APMG International or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. The course includes practice questions, a timed mock, and guidance on booking the exam. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
