XLA Institute Certification and Training
Three-day course (09:00–17:30) to design, implement and govern Experience Level Agreements through practical labs, casework and exam prep.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The certification recognises understanding of experience management and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), awarded by APMG International in collaboration with the XLA Institute. It is relevant to service, IT, CX and operations professionals who want to improve user and customer experience outcomes. Across three days you will map journeys, define experience indicators and signals, link telemetry and sentiment to outcomes, and build XLA dashboards and governance approaches. You will complete structured exercises using sample data, draft an XLA charter and review cross‑industry case studies. Assessment is by an APMG examination. Candidates book their exam directly with APMG International or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. The course includes guidance and practice to help you prepare for the assessment. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
