Certification preparation
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Preparation
Two-day Yellow Belt preparation where you map processes, analyse waste and variation, practise core tools, and finish with questions and a mock exam.
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification recognises entry-level competence in the DMAIC approach and Lean principles. It is offered by independent awarding bodies worldwide, including ASQ (Six Sigma Yellow Belt) and IASSC (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt). Across two days, you build working knowledge of customer value, waste, and the Define–Measure–Analyse–Improve–Control (DMAIC) cycle. You will create SIPOC diagrams and process maps, collect and interpret simple data, apply 5 Whys and fishbone analysis, and draft basic control measures. The course uses short lectures, worked examples, group exercises, calculator practice, and templates. Certification exams are set and administered by the chosen awarding body. Most use a proctored multiple‑choice test based on the Yellow Belt body of knowledge; exact format, duration, scoring, and booking options vary by provider. Please check the latest exam details with your selected certification body before registering. The awarding body owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
